In the Folder Pane, you might see a folder named Recovered Personal Folders that contains your default Outlook folders or a Lost and Found folder. It's incredibly common to have Outlook crash because of a corrupted PST file. If you find stuck messages, follow these steps to clear them and resolve the Outlook send and receive error. If you are not sure, disable the firewall temporarily to check if it’s the cause behind the Outlook send/receive error. After disabling, if you’re able to send/receive new messages, contact the admin or service provider for the information and make changes to the firewall settings.
